I like to cook from scratch, but also appreciate new recipes that are fast and easy and good. I hope someone will join and post their favs.
For lunch today it will be ham and cheese sammiches with all the trimmings. Yup, there will be plenty of sweet tea to wash 'em down with. Haven't decided on my weekend menu yet... usually, it will last a few days, but we don't mind the leftovers.
